CONDITIONS
- Os apartamentos têm uma estadia mínima de 3 noites;
- During public holidays, the minimum stay is 3/4 nights;
- From 1 June to 15 September, stays are preferably weekly, with check-in on Saturdays;
- The maximum occupancy stated at the time of booking may not be exceeded;
- Children up to 3 years old: Free of charge; children up to 12 years old: 50% of the extra bed rate. Extra bed price: €20/night;
- Cleaning and change of bed linen once a week. Towels are changed twice a week;
- Fully equipped kitchen;
- Barbecue and private outdoor patio;
- Mountain bikes (free of charge);
- Firewood for the fireplace (free of charge, subject to prior request);
- Shared garage available (free of charge, subject to prior agreement);
- Pets are not allowed (subject to prior agreement);
- Discounts are included in the price list.
PUBLIC HOLIDAYS AND SPECIAL PERIODS
During the low and medium seasons, as well as on public holidays and during special periods, the Medium, Medium-High and High Season rates apply.
CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT TIMES
Check-in: between 4:00 pm and 11:00 pm
Check-out: by 10:00 am (medium and high seasons)
BOOKINGS AND INFORMATION
- For each stay, a reservation will be made with payment and, if applicable, a security deposit. The remaining amount is payable upon arrival.
- This price list is valid for the current year and may be revised without prior notice.
- A Complaints Book is available.
